Gillian is CA Property Group’s HR “go to” person, and ensures the right amount of attention is given to the people’s processes and the health of the culture. Gill works with the team to ensure they are engaged, fulfilling their potential and feeling supported in their roles. She also works closely with Arthur to ensure we are recruiting people who will enhance our culture, compliment our fantastic team and embrace the great opportunity to work with us.
