Brief of Works

The scope of works included stripping out the existing building including kitchen, bathrooms, floor, wall and ceiling finishes. We built and installed a new commercial kitchen, new bathrooms, polished existing timber floors and installed acoustic panel ceilings. The building was Heritage listed and a successful Heritage and Environmental Plan was implemented without incident.
