Brief of Works

The scope of works included the renovation and build for a new female toilet area, male lockers and new disabled access toilet. The project was carried out in small stages to eliminate the need to close off access to all toilets at the same time. Additional works that were included in the project consisted of, demolition, electrical, hydraulic, tiling, joinery, flooring and painting.
