Brief of Works

The scope of works included stripping out the existing floor, wall and ceiling linings to all bathrooms, bedrooms and hallways to an entire wing of the facility. We then re-lined all areas and fitted out with new fixtures and furniture. We installed a new elevator and constructed a new outdoor courtyard area including the landscaping for the surrounding areas.
