Brief of Works

417 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn saw the demolition of an existing building down to the base and the construction of 5x two storey commercial properties. Works included a new ground slab and suspended concrete slab, glazing facades, balcony constructions and internal services and compliance

A challenging site located in the hub of a busy commercial and residential precinct requiring particular attention to public safety and project planning. Continuous planning and co-ordinating with Local Councils was required due to the nature of the project being on a corner block and the need to shut down footpaths and egress on the streets.
